I am writing this letter to highly recommend the services of Ideal Resource Group. Homecare IV of Bend is an infusion and compounding pharmacy in Bend, Oregon. After the loss of one of our pharmacists, we pursued all the usual routes of advertising to no avail. We wer contacted by many recruiters. After meeting with Ideal Resource Group at NHIA conference, we signed on with them to start the process of finding us a replacement. Troy was phenomenal to work with and did exactly what he had promised. No other agency was consistent or even followed through on providing information on candidates.
Infusion pharmacy is a very specialized field and that compounded by the fact that we are located in a small town in central Oregon it is almost impossible to find someone with infusion experience.
